Daniel owns Inward Fitness, a Denver-based fitness facility that provides Personal Training, Corporate Wellness, and Sports Performance services.

As a personal trainer, Daniel works with students, politicians, CEOs, socialites, athletes, sports teams, and law enforcement personnel to help strengthen performance, improve leadership, build relationships, and instill well-being. As a wellness, performance, and leadership coach, Daniel pairs his charismatic energy with deep empathy to ensure clients feel comfortable and get inspired to find their true value and self-worth. Daniel Ward is a first-generation college student, earning his undergraduate degree in health and exercise science from Colorado State University with a Minor in Anatomy/Neurobiology. He also gained distinction as a student-athlete in track and field, a spring football walk-on defensive back, and Mountain West Conference Academic All-American. Ever committed to giving back, Daniel serves on CSU’s College of Health and Human Sciences Executive Leadership Council, where he mentors minority, bi-racial, and multi-racial student-athletes through the John Mosley Leadership Program.

Daniel Ward has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Denver Post, 5280 Magazine, Colorado’s Best, Colorado Biz, and is a 9News KUSA mental and physical fitness expert. He’s been recognized among the Denver Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, selected to the renowned Leadership Denver program by the Denver Metro Chamber and appointed as a Commissioner for Colorado’s Civil Rights Division for the State of Colorado. He is also a recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award of the United States of America.

Daniel keeps his mind and body active and healthy with gym workouts, reading, connecting with others, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and snowboarding. A ‘girl-dad’ through and through, he lives with his wife and two daughters in Denver, Colorado.
