Jamie Blume, Walk As If Board of Directors

Jamie Blume brings decades of mental health and wellness experience to her role as Director at Walk As If.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Jamie went on to earn a post-graduate degree in Public Health and professional certifications as a Life Coach, an ADHD Coach, an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, a Nutritional Health Coach, and a yoga instructor. Jamie then founded Along Their Way, where she coaches and supports individuals, couples, and families impacted by ADHD. Incorporating the healing properties of nature, mindfulness, and self-compassion in her work, Jamie also teaches at the highly-acclaimed and accredited ADHD & Life Coach Training Program (ADDCA).

Jamie Blume helps her clients discover (or perhaps re-discover) their strengths, knock down barriers, eliminate negative self-talk, embrace authenticity, and become who they “want to be.” With her background in holistic health and wellness, she brings curiosity, respect, empathy, and fun to those served by Walk As If. Above all, Jamie creates a safe and open space to explore areas of growth, improve relationships, increase motivation, eliminate distractions, and tackle the paralysis of overwhelm.

Jamie enjoys a strong connection to nature, family, friends, and her dogs, Asher and Roxy. She spends much of her free time outside running, hiking, skiing, and just enjoying the sunshine.
